  • My soundbar won't pair over Bluetooth.

    Long-press the BT button on the remote for three seconds to re-enter pairing mode. Remove old AMS entries from your device, then try again.

  • HDMI ARC isn't passing audio from the TV.

    Make sure HDMI-CEC is enabled on the TV and that you're using the TV's ARC-marked port. Power-cycle both devices once after enabling.

  • The wireless subwoofer lost its link.

    Hold the PAIR button on the back of the subwoofer for five seconds until the LED blinks, then press and hold BT on the bar's remote until the sub's LED turns solid.

  • How do I update firmware?

    Connect the soundbar to power and insert a USB drive with the firmware file in its root. The display will read UPDT while flashing. Do not power off during the process.

Register your product within 60 days of purchase and we extend the standard two-year warranty to five. Serviceable parts, not throwaway electronics.
